Very hard to believe Naya Nepal Radio program completed it's
six consecutive years this week. The radio program started right after few
months Nepal saw then successful people movement in April 2006. Initial days it
dealt with root cause of conflict. These days major themes include Youth, Good
governance, public Security. It's only radio show talking about Media Issues
ranges from media professionalism to code of conduct of journalists. I am
thankful to those listeners who are regularly tuning in to it and encouraging
us to make program meaningful to them. Thankful to experts, youth leaders and
people who gave their voice to program. And, thanking to team of Naya Nepal
radio program who despite tired heavily engaged in making program ready to go
on air each week.
