News is news, no maters what meaning it is bringing about. Small things brings big happiness at time. I got such opportunity where I learned many things about me which are very useful to learn how to take life forward. I am happy with those people who are making news about me. Though the way people think of me makes me sad at time on the other hand it gives me positive vibe leads to the strengths. Thanks god there are many people in this small words who spends their time gossiping about me. On the other hand there are few people who always brings good news for me whom I believe they are my good friend. I don't have any best friend after the school age but I am rich of good friends.

Finally, land is registered. Initially, my plan was that I would register it in Kabita's name but later we realized the need to have it registered in my name because we want few more loan from Bank. Currently, Kabita don't have employment so it would cause difficulty to get loan in case we apply for it in her name. So it was mutual understanding for good reason.

Friday, no special things has happened than usual work. As part of the work I attended a workshop Theory of change of Peace-building project which was organized by Care Nepal and International Alert in Park Village Resort. It was interesting and useful in many senses. One is, I understood what Theory of Change is which I deliberately wanted to learn. There are good participation from Ministry of Peace & Reconstruction. Member including joint- secretary, under-secretory, coordinator of local peace committee and district based officer of LPC were attended the meeting fully. They were talking as if government line ministry is not known anything happening in terms of peacebuilding works in Nepal. So pity to hear that they now realized that donor mapping is needed. Definitely, it was good motive that MoPC is going to map the donors and organizations working in the area of peace-building.

Saturday ended with family get together, gossiping and visit market places. It was day when Comprehensive Peace Accord was singed four years back. Pathways for peacebuilding to the logical end is still challenging, no major consensus have made so far as they were promised to do while signing CPA. The day before Mansir 5, Maoist law maker stopped Finance Minister to present the budget. It is reported that they manhandled the minister and tore the briefcase. Many termed that day a black day in economic history. It was not only fault of Maoist but it is also mistake that Government committed boycotting Maoist and it seemed like government was forcing them to be violent. However, the other hand Maoist is still not becoming serious, they are violating democratic norms and value.

Sunday - no plan was made till the morning. However land owner called, we decided to go to land revenue office register the land. But so unfortunate one owner denied to attend the government office so plan postponed until they reach to conclusion in the new date. Maoist plenum began in Palungtar Gorkha. World is watching Paluntar meeting with curiosity what the Maoist decision would be after this grand cadres meeting.

I am experiencing back pain in increasing order.

Nepal government seems to be restricted to issue new license to newly applied radio with intend to control the pressure from people as it's lacking frequency available for new radio particularly in urban area of the country. Minister of Information & Communication Mr. Shankar Pokharel said frequency management has become far challenge for ministry so they have made decision that no frequency with above 500 WT will be provided to operators in the urban and Terai area, the ministry however decided allowing 1000 wt license in the mountain area. Minister Pokharel was speaking at the CD lunch function organized by Communication Corner, Ujyalo Network. Audio CD comprises 20 features in Nepali broadcasted in the Asian radio network program 'Asia Calling'.
Search for Common Ground has posted a vacancy notice for the position of Media Manager for which I have decided to apply. Most of my friends, well-wishers and family put pressure on me that my current working experience should meet desired requirements so I that it will be good to shift work place. In December 31, it will be complete four years I started work with Equal Access, so it is right time to take a new break. I agreed.
I was hoping that Gopal daju will provide me with remaining fund that is lacking to get the land registered. It was unfortunate he said that it was very hard for him to give but he gave me one million which is deposited in the bank. Now I need at least one hundred and fifty thousand rupees for the land registration. I am worried how to allocate that as most of my friend whom I was hoping to borrowed said they don't have that much of money. Don't be negative and hopeless, I will do that. We can do it. Yes, I will do it.
DRL CAG meeting went on well. All guests openly expressed their positive views that they would feel happy to be associated with Equal Access new initiative Media. Challenging part is still there since we are still in the beginning phase. I will report Gemma that it went on successful.
There are a lot of activities in planned for this week. I am prioritizing what for the next. I will work with Niroshan to finalize the content of the book.

Many things are done today. It's already about 11PM I am looking tired and sleepy. I am thankful to my dearest friend cum brother who assured me that he will be providing few money to me tomorrow. Likewise friend Toya also sent assurance over message that he will try his best to get money to get the land registered. Person associated with Search called me today and asked why I haven't submitted application for job. I have decided that I will do it shortly.

Now time to go to bed as both are eagerly waiting me there.

It was expected to get few things done today but today seemed like worst day that nothing had happened as planned. Visit to the Arati & Company see the designs of low cost housing went on successful. I found low cost housing comfortable and easy to install. It is earth quake protected. Popular among the low earned people like me. Nice home with three to four room facility will set up in in the capacity of 700 to 800 sq fit land.

My plan today was to transfer the land registration to my wife account. It was unsuccessful due to not have few money. It is planned for this week. I met few of my friends, though I didn't talk to them openly that I need a financial support it observed that they are also experiencing financial problem so that I thought better not to tell them.

When I left Kabita in Maitighar park hoping it will be easiest for her to catch Micro or Tempo or any means of publc vehicle to reach Kumaripati it was unfortunate that she even didn't get any public vehicle free. So she decided to walk, but as I heard it made me disappointed. I have no other way than let her do what she decided as she was in plan to reach Transportation office before 3 PM today as office was going to issue a driving license.

I visited the school of my son and brought him back home with him. Went to get Kabita from Transportation office. We both had momo on the way to home.

Indeed, it was good news ever for those democratic Ang San Suki released from home arrest. It was after 15 months as she was kept in house arrest. World who believe in democracy and freedom is enjoying her release. In our political scenario no important decision had made today beside quarreling and blaming each other.

I was feeling not well in the morning. Why? Kabita asked for reason. Nothing was that much serious so I refused to answer her. Was that any mistake she committed so that I was not happy with her? It was not true, I was worried just because the day for the registration of land that I bought nearly month ago was approaching fast, but I was not sure how to allocate remaining 2 hundred and fifty thousand rupees. I tried to borrow from few of my friend but it went on successful. Two friend who supported me a lot owing me enough money. It was big help for me. I am thankful to all. But that money for which I was struggling to owe was not sure whether I should get that hence I was worried.

We had a very nice lunch together. I realized that Kabita wanted to have meat in the lunch but she was little bit hesitant to get that in as I was decided to be a complete vegetarian. My decision was not taken in mood it was thoughtful decision that there was some commitment I had made so that as per that I won't take any item made of meat and alcohol until it comes to success. I asked them to bring if they want but they didn't hear me.

I used to cut people hair when I was in village. I remember it today so thought I would try to apply this skills to my boy as his hair was got long. I tried and succeeded. Then we visited Zoo. Bishrood enjoyed a lot seeing a lot of animal and birds in the zoo. Despite zoo is full of dust, polluted many people were gone to visit zoo. Specially those who were come with their children were seen happiest. We spent nearly two hours inside the zoo. Had Masala dosa at Jawalakhel. I was too much full having that dosa.

I wanted to read the article about Maoist program & strategy that was published in the Nagarik news but still not being able to do that as right now I am watching Big Boss' Indian TV reality show. It was full of emotions, humor, quarrels, fight. It was fun at all.

This is hard to believe the things happening to me these days. People are making noise about me and my personal and professional life. What do they think of me? Lazy or Crazy? Most probably crazy, rarely let other to rule him. Hahaha, so funny. I, however, started realizing that people are started recognizing me who am I. so that they stepped up to step me down or step me out. Anyway, this so funny as well as lesson learned for me as I began to know what life is and how I have to live it. hahaha.

Today I spoke to Equal Access CeO, Ronni. She skyped me at the morning. We talked about Equal Access, how we should take this organization forward. It was a great she called me. She said that EA doesn't want to loose me. Wonderful hearing. I am also doing great for the organization.

I have sent many emails to many recipient in different topics and issues. Mostly, I spent time working in DRL projects. Finalized CAG member, sent them an invitation for CAG meeting. Likewise vacancy of program officer and web producer also got ready. It will be publishing on tomorrow's Kantipur, and well posted in equal access site www.equalaccess.org.np.

After the tea session with Upendra sir I returned to home. Evening walk is beneficial that's why I walked from office.

Two major festivals being observed this month ended finally. For me, Dashain ended with few sweet memories, Tihar, however, no wonder same thing happened in this Tihar as well.

I decided to buy land at Lalitpur district, Thecho VDC 9, talloattarkhel. It was a sudden decision. I went to see the land that my brother bought few month ago. It was in beautiful location. I liked the place where he chosen. My elder brother encouraged me too. I had no other option than to explore few places where I should buy. Now I am worried how should I assemble the money as I don't have enough.
