May 27, 2012, most crucial day of history. Nepal enacted Interim Constitution in 2007 and based on which Constituent Assembly (CA) formed in 2008. As per Interim Constitution CA would serve 2 years  to promulgate new constitution through CA. However that 2 yrs ended without endorsement of constitution. The tenure of CA added on continuously and this May 27 is said to be a last day of CA as per verdict of Supreme Court of Nepal. Sky is not clearer yet. Major political issues like federalism has not resolved as huge amount of interest based politics lies on federal division. Without resolving federal debate and state formation will CA declare new but limited constitution by tonight? I can simply think it should, however if you ask me how I can't  answer.
