Well, yet another verdict from Supreme Court (SC) today against government bid to extend Constituent Assembly (CA) term.  Earlier this week cabinet has agreed to register bill to parliament demanding 3 month extension of CA. Bills have registered to court against government decision demanding contempt of court charge as SC had given its verdict few months back referring provision of Interim Constitution that if CA won't able to promulgate constitution by May 28 it would be dissolved automatically.

Responding to the bills registered challenging cabinet decision on extension SC today issued stay order against the government move. Additionally, PM Babu Ram Bhattarai & DPM Krishna Prasad Situala are summoned by court to face contempt of court charge within seven days. With this second attempt of court it's almost sure by now that CA will automatically be dissolved on May 28.

The question now is, what will happen in next 3 days then? Will CA promulgate constitution within May 28? If yes, would that constitution be final constitution which have addressed all the prime concerns from state restructuring to government system to power sharing? Nobody seems able to give proper answer to country. Meaning situation is getting unpredictable and heading towards more unpredictable in the day to come. If CA get dissolve in May 28 what next? I am unanswered.
